jbdyg Terms & Conditions and User Agreement
This page sets out the official terms and conditions that all players must agree to before using the jbdyg platform. Please read carefully before using any of our services.
Introduction — Summary of the Agreement
By accessing the jbdyg platform, opening an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have read and understood these terms and conditions and to have fully agreed to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
This agreement is the legal framework governing the use of the jbdyg platform and its services — football betting, live casino, slots, fish shooting games, and other game types — by users located in Myanmar.
Important Notice: Access to the jbdyg platform is available to users aged 21+ only, and each player is personally responsible for verifying their own eligibility.
Account Registration and Management
2.1 — Account Registration Requirements
- Every player must register with their correct personal information — full name, date of birth, and contact number.
- Each person may only open one account. Duplicate accounts from the same person may be closed and any excess balance forfeited.
- An account opened with false information may be closed without prior notice.
- Players must keep their login credentials (username and password) secure. If unauthorised access by a third party is detected, jbdyg must be notified immediately.
2.2 — Verification (KYC)
Before processing a withdrawal or issuing a bonus, jbdyg may request a copy of the player's ID, proof of address, and payment records. This verification is carried out to protect Myanmar players and to prevent financial crime.
2.3 — Account Closure and Suspension
jbdyg may suspend or close a player's account under the following circumstances:
- When there is evidence of a breach of terms and conditions
- Due to unusual connection patterns during gameplay
- When fraudulent activity or the use of funds not belonging to the player is detected
- At the player's own request
Policy on Bonuses and Promotions
3.1 — Welcome Bonus
jbdyg offers a 100% first deposit bonus — up to 500,000 Ks for players making their first deposit. To claim this bonus, the following wagering requirement must be met:
Bonus amount x 25 times wagering must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Example 1: If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
Example 2: If you deposit 1,020,000 Ks, you will receive a 500,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap), giving you a total of 1,520,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 500,000 × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.
3.2 — Bonus Restrictions
- Each bonus can only be claimed once per player, per account, per IP address, and per payment method.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player.
- If arbitrage betting is detected while playing with bonus funds, the bonus will be voided.
- We may change or discontinue bonus promotions without prior notice.
3.3 — Cashback and VIP Programme
jbdyg's three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — each come with a weekly cashback rate ranging from 0.3% to 0.8%. Cashback is calculated based on the amount wagered during that week and paid out the following week. VIP tier upgrade requirements are set by the jbdyg support team, and eligible active players will be able to benefit accordingly.
Payment Methods and Limits
4.1 — Deposits
Accepted deposit methods at jbdyg are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. jbdyg does not charge a deposit fee, though players should check for any fees charged by their payment provider.
4.2 — Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.
- Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours (accounts that have not completed KYC verification may take longer).
- Players must withdraw using the same payment method they used to deposit.
- Funds received from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been fully met.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if the player cannot provide clear evidence that the funds were deposited from their own payment account.
4.3 — Financial Responsibility
Players are responsible for checking whether funds have arrived in their bank account or mobile wallet. If funds are lost due to a technical issue, contact jbdyg customer support immediately. jbdyg is not responsible for funds lost due to errors made by the player.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
5.1 — Player Responsibilities
All players accessing jbdyg must not engage in the following:
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes using software, bots, or hacking techniques
- Engaging in activities related to money laundering
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities to manipulate the casino and obtain funds
- Practising collusion
- Conspiring with other players to clearly and deliberately exploit the platform
5.2 — Investigation of Violations
jbdyg has an automated review system that monitors playing patterns. If a violation is detected, the account will be suspended, bonus payouts cancelled, and the remaining balance may not be returned.
Personal Information and Security
jbdyg protects players' personal information with SSL encryption and maintains it in accordance with relevant regulations. Players' personal data will not be sold to third parties. You can read in full about what we collect and how we use it in the Privacy Policy.
6.1 — Cookies
jbdyg's website uses cookies. You can disable them in your browser, but doing so may affect how some services function.
6.2 — Player Data Deletion
A player may request deletion of their personal data. Even if this is done, financial records that must be retained by law may continue to be held, and the account will be permanently closed.
Limitation of Liability and Service Suspension
7.1 — Service Downtime
The service may be temporarily suspended due to server maintenance, technical upgrades, or unexpected issues. If this occurs, we will contact the player to check whether any financial loss was incurred as a result.
7.2 — Force Majeure
jbdyg is not responsible for any damages caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or legal restrictions.
7.3 — Game Results
All games on jbdyg use a Random Number Generator (RNG), and players must understand that results are entirely random. jbdyg is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
jbdyg reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be noted in the "Last Updated" section of this page, and continued use of the site will be considered acceptance of those changes.
For significant changes, jbdyg will make every effort to notify players in advance by email or platform notification. It is therefore important to provide accurate contact details when registering.
